We hope that you will never need our refund policy, but in case you do - below you will find the refund policies & instructions for our Rec Gym Pros products, services & offers.
For online courses (Rec Director 101, etc):
Full refund available (less any credit card processing fees) prior to the course start date.
Due to the digital nature of this product, once the course begins, no refunds can be provided. Recordings will remain available to you for the duration of the course + 4 weeks after the course ends.
For the Virtual Summit All-Access Pass + Digital Download Products
Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be available once the purchase is complete & access is granted.
For live online events (webinars, masterminds, etc)
Full refunds possible (less any credit card processing fees) up to 24 hours before the event.
On or before May 22, 2025 -- Full refund available, less a $50 CAD admin fee per individual.
From May 23 to June 4, 2025 -- Partial refund of 50%, less any group rate savings if no longer eligible
On or after June 5, 2025 -- No refunds possible
Swapping attendees:
All attendee swap requests must be emailed to ali@recgympros.com by June 3, 2025
If you can no longer attend Refresh, you are welcome to find someone to replace your spot with no admin or cancellation fees. This is true for anyone you've registered on their behalf as well (for example, you are a rec director who signs up 3 coaches from your gym, but now one can't make it anymore... you can invite a different coach from your gym to take their place).
When you email your request, please include:
The first/last name of the original registrant who can no longer attend
The first/last name of the new registrant taking the original's spot
We will send you a link to provide the remaining required information for the new attendee.
Please note we cannot promise replacement attendee's Refresh swag item will be the correct size
For the Rec Gym Pros Collective
If you've signed up with a monthly plan:
You may end your membership at any time.
You can do this by updating your payment details under your membership account on the Mighty Networks platform or by emailing rgpcollective@gmail.com with your request.
Once this is done, no further payments will be taken and your access to the membership will expire at the end of the billing period.
If you've signed up with an annual plan (paid 12 months upfront):
Cancelling an annual plan before the 12 month term is up will nullify the annual plan rate discount. Once we've acknowledged your cancellation, you will be refunded an amount for the remaining months of your membership as if you paid for the membership up until the cancellation based on the most current monthly plan rate.
Once this is done, no further payments will be taken and your access to the Collective will end immediately.
Refunded amounts will be returned to the same payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.
